Delivery and Returns
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.
When we deliver
Orders received Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays and don't currently offer Saturday delivery unless you are local to us, which includes delivery addresses with the following postcodes: SE5, SE15, SE19, SE21, SE22, SE24, SE27, SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW16, SW17, SW18, and SW19.
Free local delivery
If you're postcode begins with SE5, SE15, SE19, SE21, SE22, SE24, SE27, SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW16, SW17, SW18, or SW19 we will deliver your order for FREE. We can normally deliver the same day if we receive your order before 2pm.
UK mainland delivery
£3.49 - next day via Parcel Force Express 24 (free when spending £50 or more).
Delivery to remote areas are charged as follows:
- Isle of Wight - £12.49
- Highlands & Islands of Scotland - £15.88
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly - £18.90
If you live in one of the areas mentioned above please complete checkout selecting the £3.49 delivery option and we will contact you to arrange the additional delivery charge. For example, if you live in Northern Ireland you will complete checkout and pay for your order plus £3.49 delivery charge. We will then contact you to arrange payment for an additional £15.41.
Special delivery instructions, such as a safe place to leave your parcel, can be specified in your shopping basket before hitting the Checkout button. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 8133 7073 to let us know how to handle your parcel.
Whilst we take every care to ensure your items are packaged safely there are unfortunate occasions when breakages do occur. If in the unlikely event your items arrive damaged please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to email@example.com so we may arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
