This unique organic family made balsamic vinegar is produced using Trebbiano di Spagna, Trebbiano di Modena and Lambrusco Grasparossa grape varieties with no addition of caramel. Made using the traditional method of alcohol and acetic grape fermentation it is then cooked in open-air tanks to give this vinegar its dense and fragrant qualities. The vinegar is then aged for more than five years in oak barrels to develop the colour, flavour and intense perfume. An opulent everyday balsamic.
