Durum wheat pasta made only from durum wheat grown in Italy using strict organic methods. Drying takes place at low temperatures and over a period of approximately 8 hours to preserve all of the grain's nutrients and sensory qualities. Not only is this vegan pasta organic it hails from a farm that produces most of its own electricity and what it can’t produce itself is sourced from the hydroelectric stations in the Dolomites.
