This organic Sardinian pecorino cheese has been matured in Cannonau grape skins, the indigenous Sardinian variety of the world famous Grenache. The maturing process gives this organic pecorino cheese a beautifully smooth texture, gentle yew flavours and a subtle sweet finish of wine.
Your cheese will be sliced to order, vacuum packed to keep it fresh during transport and wrapped in sheep's wool with an ice pack to keep it cool.
